The pandemic was a hard and eye-opening time for everyone. The most unsettling moment I came across was realizing how much time I put into everyone and everything else, while neglecting myself. I had to reprogram my mind from thinking that self-care was selfish. For growth, self-care is necessary. To fulfill your purpose, self-care is necessary. For a happy life, self-care is necessary.
